Vacation is Over

Have to say it was a long vacation, but I did nothing.

I've never imagined I would stay in Austin (Round Rock actually) for such a long time. The place is empty. You have to drive even for a cup of coffee. The only interesting place is a primius outlets which is 15 minutes drive from where I lived.

What I like is everything is big in Texas, especially the parking space - but what they drive is also big. We can't find our SUV in the parking lot because a lot of people drive a truck. Texican is also proud of that their state capitol is bigger than the federal capitol in the Washington D.C.

The mexican food there is very delicious, as well as the BBQ ribs. I gained 5lbs after the vacation. There are quite a few restaurants with excellent view. The best I like is one called the Oasis which is on the cliff and a best place to enjoy the dinner and sunset.

We also went to San Antonio which is about 1hr drive. The riverside of San Antonio is very attractive.

The Mexican market is also very interesting. My hubby said when he was in San Antonio on a business trip 3 years before, he wished I were there because I would love the market, and can't believe we were together in the market after 3 years. :)
